In tune with nature and dependant on the season, we always use regional specialities and products from our own farm and the local area.
"Family members" Angela and Barbara work together in the kitchen to create our culinary highlights. Using our combined expertise we have, over the years, successfully trained many young members of staff to become top chefs and excellent service staff.
Our top quality products are provided by our family-owned farm and farmer’s butcher! Angus beef, Tyrolean mountain lamb, local game and many other agricultural products from our local farmers ensure tasty and healthy cuisine.
We place great emphasis on providing natural and healthy food with a varied choice of starters. Fresh variety at the salad buffet, modern Tyrolean cuisine and themed evenings ensure that guests can look forward to a very special evening – every single day.
A “Remen Festival” with Tyrolean buffet is held once a week in our legendary barn and guests are invited to enjoy an afternoon snack twice weekly, with either savoury nibbles or homemade sweet treats and coffee.
Another special highlight is our healthy breakfast with homemade organic bread. You will find predominantly local products at our buffet, such as bacon, ham, cheese and eggs etc. Everything your heart desires!
We also offer, of course, light and vegetarian meals and are more than happy to cater for individual dietary requirements.
