We use seasonal products from our own farm and farm butchers! Angus beef, Tyrolean mountain lamb, local game and many other products from our farming community ensures the best flavour and healthy cuisine.
We focus on natural and healthy cuisine with a varied selection of starters. A fresh choice of salads from the buffet, modern Tyrolean cuisine and home-cooked desserts will make your mouth water.
A “Remen Festival” with Tyrolean buffet is held once a week in our legendary barn and guests are invited to enjoy an afternoon snack twice weekly, with either savoury nibbles or homemade sweet treats and coffee.
Our „Vital Breakfast” is yet another highlight with homemade organic breads. The buffet includes predominantly local products; bacon, ham, cheese and eggs. Quite simply, something to tickle everyone’s fancy!
We also offer, of course, light and vegetarian meals and are more than happy to cater for individual dietary requirements.
There is simply no limit to the culinary creativity served in our gourmet restaurant with winter garden conservatory.
